Cut-Off Date for Pilgrim Applications is the Thursday three
weeks before each Men's Walk.
(Men's Walks are held before the Women's Walks.)
Look below for applications for Pilgrims, Team and Chrysalis.
Applications were updated 4/15/12 to reflect 2012 Fall Walk Dates.
Please do NOT use older applications!
They may have the wrong address for the registrar, will not have the correct Walk dates and will not have all the necessary information.
PLEASE have all information filled out (PRINTED CLEARLY) BEFORE sending in applications.
Incomplete and unreadable applications will have to be returned.
