Georgia Foothills Walk to Emmaus #22 Team Formation
Team selection is June 4th,
2012. By sending in an application, you are committing to attend the team
formation meetings for your role, paying the team fee before the last team
formation meeting, and attending the follow-up Gathering. Support Head for
Agape, Room Servants, Kitchen and Chapel are requested to help with set up and
take down. If you serve as an Observing Head role, you are committing to serve
this and the next Walk, moving into the Head role on the next Walk.
The dates of the Fall 2012 Walks are: Men – September 20th-23rd and Women – September 27th-30th. The team formation meetings are July 21st, August 18th , and September 8th. All team formation meetings are at Gainesville First UMC; child care is provided for children ten and under.

Saturday July 21st, 2012 -- First Formation Day
9 am - 4 pm: All Team Members Present
Agape Breakfast 9:00 - 10:00 am
The Board Overviews will be done in the morning session Support Team will be present 9 am -- 1 pm. Conference Team will be present 9 am -- 4 pm and Talk Previews begin in afternoon. The Support Heads and Observing will remain for afternoon session for planning.
Saturday August 18th, 2012 -- Second Formation Day
9 am -- 4 pm: Conference Team Present
Support Team will not be required to attend. Chapel will provide Communion Elements. Music/Worship is part of Conference Team.
Saturday September 8th, 2012 -- Third Formation Day
9 am -- 4 pm: All Team Members Present
Agape Luncheon 12:00--1:00 pm
Support Team will complete Training this Day. Conference Team completes Talk Previews.
